Terms and Conditions
1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Finest Growth, doing business as FinestB2B ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing or engaging with our digital marketing services, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to these Terms in full.
2. Services Provided
We specialize in digital marketing services including but not limited to:

Strategic marketing consultations
Services are delivered on a contractual monthly retainer or performance-based agreement as agreed upon in writing.
3. Delivery Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, there are no physical goods shipped. Service delivery timelines vary by project but typically follow this structure:

Initial onboarding and asset collection: 1–3 business days

Funnel/ad build and campaign setup: 5–10 business days

Live campaign launch: within 14 days of onboarding (or as agreed)
All communication, assets, and deliverables will be provided via email, project management tools, or approved messaging platforms.
4. Refund & Return Policy
Because of the time, team effort, and intellectual property involved, all payments made are final and non-refundable.
However, if a service was never initiated or not delivered in accordance with the agreed-upon scope, you may request a review. In such cases, refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Finest Growth.
We are committed to ensuring satisfaction and will work to resolve any performance-related concerns proactively.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure success, the Client agrees to:

Provide necessary access to ad accounts, CRMs, websites, and other platforms

Respond to communication in a timely manner

Notify us of any business changes affecting campaigns or performance
Failure to do so may result in delays or underperformance, which are not the responsibility of the Company.
6. Performance Disclaimer
While our systems are built for strong ROI and client growth, we do not guarantee specific monetary results or outcomes. Marketing success depends on a variety of factors, including product-market fit, competition, ad spend, and offer quality.
7. Cancellation Policy
Monthly services may be canceled by either party with 14 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Any work performed or ad spend utilized up to the cancellation date is billable and non-refundable.

We collect and store only essential information required to perform our services, including:

All information is kept strictly confidential and never sold or shared with third parties without your consent.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data and comply with applicable data protection laws.
All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
